Data and purposes

Relde processes account and verification data, contact and address details, carts, orders, payments, delivery, returns, support interactions, market preferences and necessary technical data to provide, secure and improve the marketplace.

Recipients and retention

Only necessary data is shared with the relevant seller and payment, logistics, infrastructure, support or lawful recipients. Data is retained for transaction, safety, accounting, tax, dispute and legal periods, then deleted or anonymised under the retention schedule.

Your choices

Use legal@relde.com to request access, correction, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or deletion where applicable. Relde may verify identity before completing a request.
