How sellers, prices, checkout and order confirmation work on Relde.

Contract and seller

The seller identified on the product page and order record sells the goods to the buyer. Relde operates the intermediary marketplace and coordinates the transaction journey.

Before confirmation

Relde shows seller identity, product facts, price, known taxes and charges, stock status, delivery options, returns and warranty information before confirmation. Buyers can correct their cart, address, delivery and payment choices.

Order record

After confirmation, Relde creates an order reference and preserves the accepted product, seller, price, policy and status records. Payment and fulfilment are reported only at their actual states.
