Report the product, seller, order reference, risk and evidence to support@relde.com. Stop using an item that may present an immediate safety risk.
Investigation
Relde may stop new transactions, preserve records and require provenance, testing or corrective evidence while the seller and relevant authority review the risk.
Recall
When a recall is required, affected buyers are notified and given stop-use, return, replacement or refund instructions. Completion is tracked against the affected orders.
