Request a return from the account or support@relde.com with the order reference, reason and suitable evidence. The seller-specific window and item conditions shown before purchase apply.
Decision and refund
The seller reviews returned goods against the published criteria. Approved refunds are allocated by seller and item and returned to the original payment method where possible; their status and amount remain visible in the order record.
Escalation
A buyer may open a complaint if they disagree with a result. Relde preserves the case record and coordinates the seller, payment and logistics participants without limiting statutory consumer rights.
